And yet they are private property, not public. Yes, there are gradations of private property when it comes to free speech, but even a store open to the public does not have to let political protestors come into their store and disrupt their business. Otherwise you and I could stroll into Planned Parenthood and hand out pro-life literature and we couldn’t be asked to leave. But we know that’s not true.
