They released a tape of Brian Sicknick of possibly getting hit in the head with a fire extinguisher but 24hrs after the tape was released another tape taken 90° angle that showed he wasn’t hit but our media ran with their original story/lie for weeks.

Tucker said at the outset that Fox management didn’t interfere at all with what he and his team were doing and put together. I’ll take him at his word at that but I still want to see what he has to say about the role of antifa in the day.
What was the government justification in not releasing these tapes to defense attorneys? I would think conduct, as described, would be relevant to the charge against a person who stated that they were invited into the capital by uniformed officers. Wouldn’t a video showing this be relevant to the alleged conduct?
I had always thought that the government was required to turn over such things to the defense.

Because the pretense was that it was under investigation. That’s why the J6 lawyers could not get a hold of these tapes. Now you know why the hearings dragged on. That’s why we will never see the day of light of the laptop from hell because they have deemed it under investigation.
The January 6th committee lied to the American people, repeatedly. Oh, we here knew they were lies. But in the past two years, some of our memories of that day became fuzzy. Especially since the media bombarded the airways with the committee’s versions of the day while at the same time deleting all the videos we remember seeing in real time.
