Exactly- the two could have done each other a tremendous amount of good- Trump runs in 2024, Desantis stays out and supports him, knowing that Trump only has this one last chance to be president, then in 2028 Desantis could run and have Trump’s support all over the nation- but nope- Desantis can’t wait 4 years for what’s best for the party, which is 12 possible straight years of solid conservative leadership=-
His RINO “friends” will eventually stab him in the back.

The other thing too is that Trump started these attacks on Ron. I know Trump was pissed about O’Dea attacking him and then DeSantis endorsed him, that wasn’t cool but Trump’s attacks are unhinged and appear desperate.

DeSantis has shown his naiveite by attacking Trump when all calculus demands a solid Republican wall of support to oppose the political hack indictment. Save it Ron. You are a little boy playing a man’s game.
In the end Ron was just another two bit politician.
This is the wrong time for DeSantis to attack Trump, and the base will be furious. It’s opportunistic, crass, and smacks at the kind of kick-em-while-they’re-down tactics that Democrats specialize in.
I think he’s going to regret it.
That's where this all started. It was mid October. DeSantis' showed his true intentions.
DeSantis was a Uniparty creation, designed to destroy MAGA.
Did I understand that in 2020, when the media were bashing him for his COVID policies? No..and shame on me for not being wary of him, as soon as the media and the Democrats started attacking him.
Because when the Uniparty wants to create a new RINO hero, they always have the media and the Democrats bash or mock them, so that Republican voters will rally around them.
They did this with Bush, Paul Ryan, Crenshaw, and DeSantis.
Now it couldn’t be more glaringly obvious what the plan has been all along. If they couldn’t get rid of Trump with all their fake scandals, then unleash a bioweapon to steal the election.....and at the same time, turn a GOP Governor into a new Conservative rock star to replace Trump with.
Sigh....unfortunately, so many Republican voters still refuse to see that 98% of GOP politicians are Uniparty paid thespians.
I guess they enjoy the fake wrestling, and miss the days when Mitch and Chuck used to grab each other’s hair and throw each other against the ropes, instead of doing a group hug to “save our democracy” from Trump.
