When you have a king, tsar, emperor you’re part of his baliwick. I see it as a distinction without a difference. But,I have relied on you countless times in the past.
However, with no treaty and no declaration nor letter of authorization, this is not a constitutional war.
yes, but you are part of the king’s bailiwick- and the Tsar was the “Tsar of ALL the Russias” just as the King of the United Kingdom didn’t make Scotland part of England.
Like I said, during that era a distinction without any real difference.
