In a just world, this is the fate a bastard such as Epps would face

Mr. Epps is on video at the scene of the J6 protests inspiring others to enter the capital. Which appears to be a crime given people are in jail for it today.

So:

1. Is his concern that he was committing a crime as an individual criminal and would feel defamed if he was claimed to be a government sponsored criminal? Is he a criminal more or less in the former or latter? What would be injury he suffered as a result of being claimed a government operative?

2 What laws allow any US citizen to commit crimes against their country or fellow citizens, simply because there a government sponsored agent?

3. If he was sponsored by the government, that agency is in part responsible for the death of Ashli Babbit. And the purported hundred or so others who ostensibly died that day too.

4. Given that other US citizens are being held and/or prosecuted for simply being there on J6 vs his actions - why isn’t he locked up right now?

My question is how does some everyday schmoe with probably a middle class bank account afford to hire a law firm to the political stars that likely charges $2,000+ an hour?

Since the DNC, feebs, CIA and their mockingbird media are zealously protecting this one guy, unlike virtually every other Trump supporter that was on the scene, one is left to surmise that he played some role on one or all of the aforementioned's behalf.

They will dole out quite a bit of money to protect him, because he can name names. Well, up to a point. If it gets too hot, they will simply arkancide him.

Wonder if 'Ray Epps' is even his really name? Or was it supplied by a 'Spy Payer'?

"And Tucker is always careful not to say it directly.

Claiming someone broke the law can be defamatory but Tucker relies on videotapes of Epps in that area."

I would've written something similar, had you not gotten here first. That's also my recollection. I've probably seen all of Tucker's comments on Epps, and probably have them all saved as video clips, as well.

Tucker is very careful to say things like "We have the right to ask questions." Somebody SHOULD be asking these questions and we should have the right to have answers to them.

“I hope it ends up in court. Be interesting to see what kind of facts are offered by the two sides.”

That will never happen. Epps cannot risk discovery.

This threat of defamation suit will never be acted upon because of a little inconvenience called “discovery”.

There’s plenty of video showing Epps egging people on and pushing the “insurrection” false flag event. Discovery would be very revealing, and ought to be televised.

IMO-—Epps is on thin ice.

Better to be “the dog that didn’t bark”.

Will he really file suit? I can’t imagine Epps wanting to go through discovery.

It means that a good many in, at least the former mob, are Trump supporters.

Epps sure does have a lot of well-financed democrat connections. What a coincidence!

Isn’t Perkins Coie the law firm that had an FBI office actually located in their building, as they are worked to orchestrate the Russia/Trump Clinton criminal conspiracy?

Good points. I’m surprised, though, that they think this rather obvious situation will go unnoticed. Or maybe it’s just unchecked.

OMG! Ray Epps’ attorney, Michael Teter, who is telling Tucker to apologize for showing Jan 6 footage, worked for firm behind Russiagate and Steele Dossier. I can’t wait until Tucker has an episode showing Teter’s connection to Russiagate. Hiring Teter is Epp’s admission that he is a Fedboy. Cripes!
