Some distorted ideas took root and it got mixed up with the church and school. Interested to learn her psych history.
So often we learn of hyper-religious delusions in psychosis. Definitely will be interesting to hear about her psych history, along with her ability to maneuver two rifles and a pistol.
Pure conjecture: Wondering if she used the church custodian’s keys to gain access into the school.

Scuttlebutt now seems this was a transgender he/him called Audrey Hale. UNCONFIRMED.

Maybe a former employee - - fired months ago and blames the school for her misery...

If the killer was a fake-something, then maybe a fake man (woman pretending to be male), which might explain the initial confusion.
