Really, there are knickleheads on this site calling for a death penalty for this guy.
Yet Humper Biden and the Biden family have been engaging with the CCP behind our backs for their personal financial gains for years. Perhaps our FR death penalty knuckleheads could call for the death penalty for Swallwell too.
It would depend on where he worked or was stationed as to access. I was 23, had a Top-Secret clearance, had access to many SCI programs because of where I worked, I still do not talk about specific. But when you are communications at the White House and work in the Situation Room, all kinds of information flows through the system. And even then, there was stuff I could not touch or handle(read).
I think the problem today is that too much of the finished intelligence product is shared with too many people. Why would anything dealing with Israel be sent to or through the Massachusetts Air National Guard? Or info on China shipping weapons or other support to Russia? You are dealing with both military and diplomatic intelligence. The MANG has no need for diplomatic intelligence on China or Israel.
Fall guy, patsy, or framed, this doesn’t pass the smell test.
