In the Peoples Republic of Minnesota, our one party legislature has banned gasoline powered lawn movers, chainsaws, weed hackers and Zamboni machines. Not only does the ban prohibit the sale and manufacture of these devices in the state, it also bans their importation….sounds a lot like Prohibition. I suppose we will soon have Jack booted environmental police at our borders looking for contraband lawn mowers and chainsaws …welcome to Minnesota comrade…let me see your papers while search your vehicle.
