I liked the clip of Swallwell yammering on about something and she responded with “well that is rich rich coming from a guy who had sex with a Chinese spy.” HAH Everyone knows it is true but ignore it.
The truth cannot be said in that vile chamber of nothingness and worthless bickering that hasn’t a thing to do with representing the important interests of the American people.

This all makes me wonder if MTG is the designated hitter for the other Repubs, at least on some things that they would ordinarily want to get on the record, but due to rules, it would endanger their ability to attend. So, they could at least in theory give their remarks to MTG. She is willing to take a chance that a D could challenge her and temporarily kick her out of the hearing. Basically it is all for the cameras anyway, whether or not any individual member gets to stay for the entire hearing, what is important is that the information is conveyed to the public in a memorable fashion.
