Yes you are confused. Public property only
It’s a short journey to abolition of private property rights though, isn’t it? Conveniently, the People’s Republic of Oregon has fairly oppressive anti-gun laws as well. Washington and the Caliphate will probably follow suit quickly.
Yep. Forget about parents with children being able to picnic in parks. The human garbage in tents will turn it all to crap.
“public camping” - in other words - removing the last bits of law referencing homeless squatters polluting parks, sidewalks, and even private property...
I’m surprised they didn’t include unused space on private property...yet. Or the spare bedroom(s).
Where we are the “homeless” are a fire threat...they are building fires along the river near the forest...in Columbia Gorge...we are trying to get them extricated...
This is what a collapsing society looks like.
Public property would also mean the strip of city property on the other side of the sidewalk in front of your house, right?
The strip in front of your house, including the sidewalk, and the strip by the road is your property. You can be sued if someone trips on your sidewalk, and you have to pay to replace it. The city merely has an easement on the property.
