This is an ABSOLUTE lie.
Zephyr caused multiple commotions on the house floor to be censured and removed FROM THE FLOOR.
Zephyr is allowed to be a member with full voting rights if HE attends from HOME via (whatever internet site).
Zephyr decided to sit in the capital hallway (no appropriate internet connection there) to show what an a$$ he is. Apparently laws do not apply to him...
Zephyr HAS CHOSEN to NOT participate.
Just another spoiled (b)RAT that can’t play within the rules.
Fucik (a composer) him!
Happy here in Bozeman about this.

Missoula - U of M. (far west) the liberal arts college.
Bozeman is the agricultural/engineering college.
We have a lot of tech companies here - Oracle, for instance...
Of course, Missoula is less expensive than Bozeman...

So dumb. I don't understand why college students are allowed to vote locally. Unless that is their residence, they shouldn't be voting there.
