Some let their emotions cloud their reasoning. My ire is saved for the political operative scumbags, and from here to the 2024 election they'll be here and elsewhere like cockroaches.
This business about travel records is “inside baseball” , the sort of thing that average voters will not know about, and wouldn’t care about anyway.
Just an observation.
How often have you ever heard that how a state handles travels records, as a campaign issue when someone is running for political office?
This kind of thing may cause consternation among political junkie types on Free Republic , but it doesn’t resonate with average people. That’s my only point that the average person does not care about this. And if DeSantis gets into the presidential race , I seriously doubt this issue is going to be discussed. People will vote for or against candidates based on other issues not on whether their state has sealed travel records.

The only morons are those that ignore and refuse to vet stories like these. If it’s true, why is it being done?

It may be “inside baseball” but if he runs, the media will make it out to be a sign of how DeSantis is a secretive threat to democracy. He must be secretly visiting with Russian agents, or maybe even Chinese spies, getting ready to sell out the country.
You nitpick about DeSantis’s travel records?
How about showcasing how much Trump spent on traveling in his quest to be prez again?
Or better yet, how much us taxpayers spent on Trump travels?
Like 1.3 million a year.
