Because, according to information I saw from a fairly reliable Ukraine/Russia reporter, Denys Davydov, this may have concerned a Russian affair regarding an argument over which flag should fly over the Kremlin during the May 9 celebration below. [Could be old USSR flag, or new Russian flag.] The two men on the catwalks were probably trying to remove the flag and put up the right one??? It did little damage to the dome, or injury to the men on the catwalk, so unlikely a “killer” drone from Ukraine.

I am 84 and born in 1938. Since Hitler betrayed his agreement with Russia in 1941, any WW2 Russian veterans will be in their 90’s and older. Given the typical life span of Russian men, there probably are not many still alive and mobile.
