Gender is determined by grammar, which is completely arbitrary.
Sex is determined from birth by biology.
Their “poll” included 38.5% trans-sickos when they comprise only about 0.1% of the population.

It might be discovered at birth, but it is certainly already determined after conception.

Not arbitrarily. Honest people stick with the conventions of established language to avoid confusion. The Trans cult makes ad hoc changes to suit their delusions.
This might be the implication, but I am not sure I believe it. From article:

Please note that 515 out of 1,338 is about 38.5% of the adults in the poll identifying as "transgender". I find it hard to believe this is a representative sample of the general population.
I, too, am amazed that 35% of the population doesn’t know this. I remember learning to tell the difference between ‘girl’ puppies and ‘boy’ puppies before I was in kindergarten. It’s hard to believe that 36% of the population is less informed than I was at age 3 or 4.
