A very similar thing happened to a relative’s colleague, from the local university, last year.
Rural southwest PA, flyover country.
Jan 1, 1:15am, 59 year old Holly Vadella and her dog were driving home, after spending New Year’s Eve with her 86 year old mother.
A white SUV started tailgating her, with it’s high beams on.
Inside the SUV was a black drug dealer, who was a convicted felon, on parole and 3 passengers.
The driver passed Holly’s vehicle and fired into her vehicle, killing her.
They, then drove to a local bar, in time for last call.
It was in the local news for a week, never national, then disappeared.
Race was never mentioned.
A few weeks later Christi Spicuzza, of Pittsburgh, a 44 year old White mother of 4 was driving for Uber when she was kidnapped, raped, robbed and shot in the back of the head, by a black male fare, her body thrown over the hill at a trash dump site.
This made national news, briefly, only because she was an Uber driver and the stories were about driver safety, not her specifically.
Again, race was never mentioned and the story was, quickly, dropped.
......well, heck, long as we are dreamin, let’s add George Mitchell, Liz Cheney, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, Lt. Byrd (murdered Ashli), Lori Lightfoot, Mitt Romney, Soros & Sons, Allan Bragg, Hillary & Bill, Murkowski, Collins, Obama, Biden, Austin, Milley, Garland and oh hell.................the list is endless!

Sounds like a nice guy. The Left pretending these felons will turn their lives around when they let them free are as stupid as Republicans who think if they're nice to the media they will get good press.
