“It was the gay crowd and don’t hold your breath waiting for DeSantis to do any different.”

I don’t have to wait for DeSantis to do something different - he’s is doing that RIGHT NOW- he’s not kissing the homos asses nor those of Disney like the Donald.

Trump is less rich since he was pres-he donated his salary for being pres to a different charity every time he got paid-did not take a dime-didn’t need to because he is rich and because he is not a f’ing jerk like FJB...

“It’s not the same thing at all, but you already know that...don’t you.” Business is business, as far as I’m concerned, and it is all about good customer service. Please do not make condescending remarks like that-I’m not doing it-and it is rude...

Unless you are a candidate for the papacy, if you are in the business of providing an events venue, restaurant, golf course, etc for the super rich of coastal Florida-or any other state for that matter, you provide to anyone who pays as long as the person booking the venue is not using it for illegal activities-that isn’t pandering, and politics has nothing to do with it unless you are looking to lose money-a place like that can’t play moral policeman and make a profit-that is just reality-it is why every hotel and convention venue owner, no matter their politics accepts bookings from all parties, as long as they pay the fee. I’m a practicing Catholic-and I don’t base my vote on who someone does business with-and I don’t vote for neocons/RINOs, wimps or backstabbers...

You obviously, and understandably, don’t know me. I’m not fine with false accusations against anyone, be they Pres. Trump, Gov. DeSantis or anyone else. To fall for deceptive propaganda isn’t the mark of a mature thinking adult, particularly when the deception is so obvious as to be laughable. I was almost fooled, too, but I remembered to check the date on the tweet.

Thanks to DJT’s obsessive petulance regarding Ron DeSantis, we will get stuck with Biden for four more years.

That's what I'm fearing as well. *sigh*

Yes, business is business and Trump is still worth at least 2.5 billion. Which means that he is rich enough to not have to pander to anyone for cash.

Point is...he is also a politician now...not just a businessman. You seem to want to try to eliminate that fact from the conversation. Not trying to be condescending. Just attempting to have a discussion.

That phrase is already worn out. Trump has some questionable donors, too, in Disney, Black Rock and Pfizer.

No matter how wealthy you are, if your business gets a reputation for being overtly political-especially a service-based business like most of what is at Mar-a-Lago, you will soon be losing customers and big contracts with cruise lines, travel agencies, events planners, etc and that will kill anyone’s bottom line eventually-just like it has so many of the woke ones and there goes a main source of income-so it isn’t good business logic. He is certainly a politician as well as a business owner now-and I think it is safer and more honest when those things stay separate-totally-with each operated as if the other did not exist.

He is only one politician who is a major business owner, but most of the others have commingled political and business influence, party politics and funds so much that they are up to their asses in corruption and illegal influence-like Nancy Pelosi, Clintons, Hunter and the big guy, the Cheney family, etc-if they could keep their politics and business as well insulated from each other as pres Trump does, we would have less corruption in govt-but that is just my dos centavos...

Ok, but..... as much DeSantis bashing as he has been doing lately....he should expect that he is now open to equal and similar criticism for ‘decisions’ he has made, as well. Fair is fair. I just wish he would concentrate on bashing the left for a change. A very refreshing change.

“Trump didn’t endorse him you fool. He merely said welcome to the party. You deranged never Trumper’s are sick.”

He didn’t say Trump endorsed him. PLEASE be accurate.
