You have contributed more than I to this site, as someone who joined in 1999.
Just as well that I somehow didn’t make an impression on you up to now as it might have attracted criticism to me.
I have a gift for working with words, satire and humor. All humor is based on hostility.
Example: Woody Allen leaning on the edge of the outdoor restaurant salad serving bowl, throwing the salade all over the guests, said “That salad needed tossing, anyway.” We laugh because he did it and we didn’t, although it’s not nice to laugh at him for his mistake. Jerry Lewis moving erratically and walking with jerky movements is actually making fun of unfortunate people who cannot use their nerve impulses to move normally. And the characters on Hee Haw made fun of rural people never given the opportunity to get a good education or have an upbringing from sophisticated people with refined manners and language.
A few people here are better than I at ethnic group language satire and I bow to them. I do my best.
