Many upstate counties don't have the facilities for "Extended Housing" for several weeks for migrants.
Many of these same counties are now, in their own county, legislatively requiring refusal to house migrants until long term housing can be provided.
Gov. Hochl mostly represents New York City interests and election base, rather than representing the whole State;
she doesn't even listen to her constituents in Buffalo which initiated her political rise to power.
One can only imagine what the migrant influx will have on NYC since there is no room for tourists - a major source of income and revenue for NYC.

I just passed through Chappaqua a week ago...a very,very nice looking town. My guess is that they could handle 500...or maybe even 1,000 “migrants”. And then there's Scarsdale...AOC’s *real* home town. They could handle at least 1,000.
