There may be more to this than is apparent. Allie Bones was appointed by Hobbs as the Assistant Secretary of State in 2019, and served in that position until January 2023. She was involved in vote tabulation decisions in that context. Her real name is Gorelick. I don't know if she is related in any way to Jaime Gorelick.

Your right. But the states legislature did nothing. The legislature is the ones to change the voting laws. But they did it without them and they never stopped them. It should have been brought to states Supreme Court and quickly to our US SC. But nothing. And I think other states did this as well. Was a bought off election. Several players involved.

That sounds about right. It seems to me they (Borelli and Rogers) have a good argument, but as a practical matter they need a positive ruling from the courts. Without that, there’s no chance of Hobbs or anyone else complying.
