Are you new to the high tech world? If a device touches the internet it can be hacked. If a device hack can steal your data, the same pathway is there to upload data.

Not defending the guy but I wouldn’t put it past the fbi to fabricate evidence against anyone.

Blaming the government is often a convenient excuse for not looking at root causes. In the case of the person who plead guilty to possession of child pornography, has ANYONE reviewed the entries in the court docketing system for this case? Sometimes people are just bad people or do bad things.
I don’t doubt that Attkisson had her electronic communications monitored, etc. I wish there were real specifics on what the forensics found, but that’s not available on her website that I can yet find.
But what specially does that have to do with Boyce? Boyce pled guilty to his charges and also sending a pic of his genitals to an underage girl. Did Boyce’s defense counsel raise the defense that the government planted files on his phone?
