Lie. The bill he signed didn’t limit anyone’s freedom of speech, it merely made it illegal for someone to toss their flyers onto private property, and then only if the flyer was designed to intimidate based on a protected class. I am not in favor of hate speech laws, but this doesn’t prevent you from being hateful. You just can’t litter my property with your hate.
Yes, that is what I said. Rove did give advise, and has given advise to others.
This is a fantasy of yours not a reflection of my comments:
“To try to spin that into Rove being a Desantis adviser or Rove somehow endorsing Desantis is truly desperate.”

Cox backed down? That’s odd.
You clearly haven’t read the bill.
Some people never anticipate the uses a law can be put to. Intimidation is a thought crime. Intimidation can be weaponized to indite and to discriminate.
This bill is a blueprint for selective prosecution and harassment by authorities based on “triggering/harassment” which is a subjective assessment by any person for what can be a variety of normal everyday actions.
Did you leave a flier in a mailbox for a candidate I accuse of harassment because they have been accused of anti semitism?
Did I say “nice hat” with a tone you chose to find intimidating?
Why is the entire law addressing antisemitism? Are they the only people who could feel harassed?
Who decides who enters a campus & for what purpose? Are people going to be charged because someone lies about what they said, makes up something about them.
House Bill 269
