the SAME STATE DEPT who goes to each country, especially Africa and the first thing coming out of their mouths is “how come you don’t have an LGBTQ program?”

Yes, I know, it’s so lame to use the State Department website to source the amount of money that the State Department hands out in aid. Primary sources are so 20th century.
