This is certainly a question of "fairness" and "biology", but it's also about "cheating" and "serious mental illness".

By defining this issue in terms of "rights" and "tolerance", in contrast to what it really is -- a matter of how better to deal with "serious mental illness"; treating it rather than pandering to it -- the Democrat/Communist/Left (please forgive the redundancy) has been extraordinarily successful in gaining the support of tens of millions of people who fear them ... truly live in fear of the repercussions of challenging the Left.
