As a result, a substantial number of machine guns are still in circulation. And having a stolen automatic weapon on the street is not unusual.

I saw the vid and read the article. Someone questioned the legality of machineguns. I was making a statement of fact. Obviously, these were not legal nor are class 3 legal in Chicago.
They could have even more gun laws (and existing laws in their city and state and US already should have prevented this) and even more Gun Free Zones but what CRIMINALS would carefully consider the laws and stop themselves? NONE.
