You can bet your ass he is not working for free. Every since I have been on Free republic the Dogma has been: The Police are on our Side. The Sheriff probably said to himself, If the Biden family can make a killing off Ukraine, I can make a killing off the Cartels. And last but not least, he was elected to Office by a majority vote of the good voters.

Obviously this so called sheriff is infected with the sickness of wokery!

He's in Bexar. It is really no surprise.

If President Trump can be arrested on trumped up charges, so can Ron. And if he is arrested, the Republicans and Republican Party will cheer it on. I intended to say,” The Republicans and Republican Party would remain absolutely mute.” But that would not be the case at all. The Republicans and Republican Party would aid and abet the Democrats with everything power.

That one has it bad.

The problem with the RDS fans is that they like to play the victim card. Poor lil Ron is always picked on by evil Trump and his evil fans.

In this case, it just didn’t work because we all got a kick out of RDS sending those illegals to Martha’s Vineyard. But he just couldn’t help himself. He decided to be an ass and got it handed to him. LOL

Yes because Texasand Florida should be the only states having this. Liberals agree with you. No surprise.

The communist are fully engaged and on the march...
Any, and all, GOP candidates are fair game...

The GOP, as usual, surrenders to every tyrannical action with a shrug of the shoulders and a quick change-of-subject...

Yes, objectivity can really rankle some folks.

My favorite part was the reaction by the Vineyard residents, ushering those “migrants” on out of there with big, phony smiles on their faces. Packed them off to some military base, I believe, with a story about not having the proper resources on the island or some such.

I’m wondering whether this is true or not. But if it’s true, it might explain the timing of Trump’s attacks on DeSantis. I can’t remember exactly when he started going after him, but I think it might have been around that time. That he would start attacking DeSantis, once DeSantis had made his intentions known, would make sense.

Yeah, even so the Texas guy is a wing-nut.

He hasn’t got enough to work on in his own state?

I’m not favoring Ron, but enough is enough.

What is the crime rate for illegals in Bexar County? Inquiring victims want to know.

Could be. I was actually responding to this comment,

https://freerepublic.com/focus/news/4158620/posts?page=2#2

that claimed Trump and DeSantis were in negotiations for a DeSantis VP slot, in early 2022.

Thanks for the mention.

I think Ron has done a decent job in his state, and I think
he was assisted by having a Conservative Legislature.

I prefer Ron spend more time in Florida, to protect that
avenue of attack by the Left. If they turn Florida, that’s
the end of us.

If Trump wins he can help Ron with regard to Florida.

If Trump loses in 2024, Ron is still there.

If they both are on the 2024 ticket, neither of them will
be in a position of power to protect Florida.
