My guess is that his attorneys quit because Trump was not taking their advice to shut up and let them defend him. He probably issued his statement yesterday against their advice. They can’t control him so they resigned.

Because the corrupt DOJ required them to violate attorney-client privilege they are likely now considered witnesses, therefore, can’t represent Trump. DOJ is interfering in Trump’s Due Process and ability to be represented by council by interfering in the relationship. They aim to completely destroy Trump and everyone he knows and strip him of his rights as an America Citizen. They will treat him like an animal. These are evil, evil people and we are living in perilous times.

Modern American “Justice”. Raid, investigate, depose and charge the prosecutors with crimes merely for being the attorney of the accused. This odd some Roland Freisler Nazi crap.

The DOJ and it’s bureau the FBI are in open war with America.

The government won’t shut them down so we have to. Freeze them out. Do not speak to any FBI for any reason. I don’t care what the case. I don’t care if they want to know about the ISIS cell next door selling fentanyl and atomic bombs. Do NOT speak to them. If on a jury vote not guilty if the FBI is involved, even tangentially.
Put them out of business until they scream.

I’ll second what others have said on here. I watched Trusty last night and again this morning on F&F. Both times he did an excellent job on explaining the alleged charges and presenting possible defenses to them. Their no longer representing Trump only hours after appearing was startling and they may well have been drawn into the case other than as attorneys.

After reading details in the indictment, it’s pretty clear why the two attorneys resigned from the case: They were lied to by Trump.

After reviewing boxes in the storage room and removing classified material from them, Trump attorney 1 (either Trusty or Rowley) directed Trump attorney 3 (likely Lindsey Halligan) to certify that all such material had been removed and accounted for. What none of the attorneys knew is that Trump had directed Nauta to remove and conceal other boxes of classified and/or national defense material from the storeroom to other locations on the property. This material was discovered during the August 2022 FBI search.

Having both been lied to and subject to being called at witnesses by the DOJ at trial, they no could longer represent him.

Preliminary Analysis:

* It appears on the surface of the indictment, that much information missing:

.....No actual concrete numbers of items in said boxes, both quantity and types.

* The defense would be:

...”reasonable man theory” 1. physical tasking-sorting and 2. sheer myrads of numbers in boxes.. volumes and types of items. 3. Months if not years for a private citizen to organize/sort.

* So let’s have actual quantity.

* Further, the moment Trump left the White House, if plaintiff can prove their case, would qualify under Contributory Negligence, of government officials.

I think Trump began to sense that the lawyers representing him were, in many instances, simply going through weak lawyerly behavior feigning that they were being STRONG in his DEFENSE... they weren't, or the indictment would have NEVER come to FRUITION.

Time to field some NEW and more AGGRESSIVE "DOBERMANS."

Hang on.. Trump KNOWS what he's doing.. after all, it is his A$$ that's on the line!
