Joining crowds for any reason is always a bad idea.

My first thought after viewing video of these idiots. Stay away, far away.

Think of how many will get shot if they win the reparations lottery.

“Nuggets” works. Or, The Nugs....

Their rowdy fans could be “nuggers.”

The nuggies we such a terrible team that floor seats were often available. I’ve been to a few, but it is a really boring sport. It really isn’t like on TV with wild action and amazing camera angles. I found you just watch them bounce the ball back and forth.

If you were home by midnight, you would have survived.

Just sayin’

Same thing happened when the Colorado Avalanche won the Stanley Cup last year. /s Same city, different sport, different fan base.

#10 on the list of excuses for thugs to shoot each other, riot and act thuggish: our team won. Right below #9, our team lost.

Even at high school games, I found it better to be up high enough to see what was going on.

I always make sure I’ve been bathroomed and the car is full of gas when I have to drive through there, lest I have to stop. Years ago, it really was a wonderful place. And rest assured, it WILL get worse.

Agreed, We used to take the RTD Light Rail into LoDo Denver for events like the Christmas tree lighting or Rockies games, or just for a beer crawl. Now, the only event we to is the Rodeo in January, and we drive in and out with no stops. If you have to drive in LoDo Denver, please keep your windows up and do not feed the animals.

The problem is:
It’s not OUR guns,
It’s YOUR sons.

And I know how the gun grabbers will react, they’ll be squawking their usual rhetoric about banning guns.

I’m watching the Denver news this morning. 11 were shot, two separate shootings. Three are in critical condition. Denver PD will have a press conference sometime today.

I lived in the Denver area in the late 70’s, it was a great place to live back then.

I’m in northern Colorado, and I avoid Denver at all costs.
I won’t even go see Leonid and Friends if they play Denver.

“Denver. Run by your typical inept collection of Democrats.
We all know where it’s going - despite the superb performance of the Nuggets.

I always make sure I’ve been bathroomed and the car is full of gas when I have to drive through there, lest I have to stop.

Years ago, it really was a wonderful place.

I was born and raised in Denver (a long time ago). It was beautiful, clean, had friendly and mannered people, not much traffic, no smog and safe. I visited recently and will never go back again.
