“ Mr. President, I’m not saying we wouldn’t get our hair mussed, but I do say no more than 20 to 30 percent failed windmills, tops! Uh, depending on the breaks”.
“ Siemens Energy, an international energy company that seeks to “decarbonize global energy systems,”
An impossibility from the very start.

Wait until you see the failure rate of the offshore turbines. The cost of maintaining them far exceeds plant maintenance for a natural gas turbine plant.
Epic fail. I hate those ugly things.
Enter Rockwell and Allen Bradley.

It doesn’t say controls components specifically. Could be the mechanicals, or the blades, or the switchgear. Or something else entirely. PLCs are famously reliable so I doubt it’s that.
On Hawaii they maintain windmills just to keep them rotating. They don’t produce any electricity but they still want to keep up the facade that they are “green”
Or excellent analysis to get free dollars out of McCarthys IRS army n green new deal.
How do they determine a failure? Does each unit have its own monitoring/detecting devices connected to a central control computer or panel of gauges? 30% is a 100% increase from 15%. Or do I have the math wrong? That's a huge spread and sounds like they are guessing.
This technology is obviously not perfected. What a waste of land, resources, oil to manufacture, tax-payer subsidies, and just damn ugly. Also, as I've read, the blades can't be recycled and wind up in massive piles.
I've come to the conclusion the eco freaks are commies, but then who isn't a commie or commie lite (socialist) nowadays?
Is that a fact they don't produce any electricity?
Ouch. Very ouch, baby.
30% failure rate. Over a billion Euros to fix it. And you thought you were having a bad day.
Older but this is the best I can find without just getting inundated with the Oahu windmills they are trying to put everywhere.
Thank you for the link. I knew years ago subsidized wind farms would do little to provide the energy we need. I haven’t been out to Palm Springs for some years, but even then I noticed about 25% of those windmills were non-operational.
They were never meant to actually produce reliable electricity. Rather, they are part of the plan to crash the economy and leave the population in the dark and vulnerable.
