Prigozhin has publicly placed all of the guilt for the problems with the Ukraine invasion on Gerasimov and Shoigu, so I think subordinates of Gerasimov and Shoigu can come over to Prigozhin’s side but Gerasimov and Shoigu themselves are in a fight to the end with Prigozhin.
Putin, if he is even alive, is very slippery and if it looks like Prigozhin will prevail Putin could position himself on Prigozhin’s side.
But it wouldn’t shock me if Putin is dead or incapacitated and Bortnikov is running the country using Putin’s double as a front man.

Also from Agenda Free TV two buses of police are searching the Wagner HQ in St. Petersburg. Prigozhin is no dummy, he would have made sure as little as possible of value is still there.

You probably wrote that several hours ago, but footage has Wagner forces already halfway to Moscow after shooting down two Russian helicopters. Perghozin just had a meeting with a Russian defense minister of some sorts and demanded Shoigu or promised he would continue on his way to Moscow.
I wonder if the Russian trolls in Moscow, will be back on FR or if they will be called in to defend Vladimir
Prigozhin is revealing the truth about what really happened, but don’t go thinking this guy is a good guy. This is the same Wagner that films Al-Qaeda style videos of executing people with mallets. In Syria, they’d do that to civilians too, including one poor fellow who was filmed getting his limbs worked on with a mallet before they cut his head off.
Prizozhin has a criminal record. He’s clearly a mafioso type. He’s making a mafia style play. And he’s exploiting the lies and propaganda of the Russian government to get support.
Authorities have implemented the “Fortress Plan” in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don, and possibly also in Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar, Belgorod, and Bryansk. The Fortress Plan is an emergency contingency to secure important governmental facilities and infrastructure due to the potential for attack.
The quality of your people matters. If you’re running a country full of degenerates, the result of reverse natural selection courtesy of the communists who killed the best and the brightest and prospered the most rat-like and servile, then you should expect degenerate stuff to happen to sabotage your awesome world conquest plans.
If so, I wonder if Bortnikov would consider ally-ing with Wagner AND giving up Ukraine to rebuild something within Russia proper? Country has potential to be much more than a gas station with nukes. Could exploit Siberia for minerals AND the tourist potential there and in the whole rest of the country is immense. Build more railways across the huge country, offer comfortable tourist passenger accommodations. I’d love to tour a friendly allied Russia and spend tourist dollars doing so. Could bring the primitive areas into the 21st century with plumbing and electrification with us multinational firms contracted to plumb and wire them.
