I saw a study several years ago that correlated “diversity” hires, Democrats and “special needs” employees with lawsuits. It turns out if hire any of these people your probability of a lawsuit goes way up. While the study only covered lawsuits I can attest that probably eight out of ten other problems caused by employees were also caused by members of those groups.
When you hire someone with a manbun, facial jewelry and facial tattoos I’d expect problems that you wouldn’t have if you hired someone who was otherwise equivalent but lacked those features. By-the-way, that pretty much described the baristas I recall from my handful of visits to Starbucks years ago.
