Might not be a problem in the suburbs. But I can see why the city folks would complain about all the smoke coming from thr coal oven.
I lived in Chicago at S 53rd and Kenwood. Across the diagnal intersectio. is Ribs n Bibs. Across the street was Harold’s Chicken Shack. Best scent around. Most of these coal fired 50 years ago or more. They should be grandfather in with airports. If you don’t like the smell of cookinc food, don’t live in that part of the city.

"There is no scent or aroma better for the soul than great pizza cooked in a coal oven."
You'd think New Yorkers would be happy to have the scent of burning wood or coal to smell than the usual urine, shit and exhaust smells that permeate the city.

I hope that the 🐝 Babylon bee 🐝 does a takeoff on this. Also, they should do a takeoff on banning barbecue grills. That would see the outrage of all of America.

Puritanism.—The haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy.
What we now call liberals are Puritans who went from worshiping God to Government. It’s no accident that the former Puritan strongholds are now “liberal” ones.

the good news is all of the useful, entrepreneurial, self sufficient folks will continue to move out of NYC and other hell holes, until all of the hell holes are collapsed and economically self nuked.
normies who move out, will not be there when the final self inflicted blows arrive on the blue cities/counties of america. self sorted useless eaters will have nowhere to turn which will force a reset of the competency culture that built this nation. starvation, self immolation and voluntary decimation... while they virtue signal themselves to extinction level events, one after another.
they are on an irreversible course of self destruction... of each group, community and personal realm they infect.
when God destroyed the Sodom and Gomorrah valley... he first moved the very very few righteous out of the way.
as they drive the good and productive folks out, inadvertently they are clearing the pathway for God’s judgement.

Wait, they are coming after brick oven pizza now, that’s fighting talk.

I’d agree with that, although there are a few wood fired places in New Mexico.

It’s actually Pittsburgh from 1910 or something. Pollution used to be bad in some places. Today, it isn’t. At all.

They have wood fired here in AZ as well. BUT, coal beats wood for pizza. AND hickory beats mesquite for wood.
