A go fund me page to raise $$$ for new tires for whoever's laying rubber is in order. Is the paint used for this "artwork" DOT compliant? The tire spinners are performing an important public service in the name of safety. Providing extra traction next time it rains 🤔🙂. Funny how PDs can use scarce precious resources to vigorously investigate such horrible crimes against huge manatee. Besides, what happened to DEFUND THE POLICE?
