Well when you make drugs legal, have DAs that won’t prosecute theft, trespassing, and the most routine calls SPD gets, they have plenty of time as no one calls them as they can do anything. See, crime is down! Just watch out for used needles.
Guess they never heard of the DOT Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. You know the national standards that identify what a cross walk must look like so that motorists and pedestrians, epically those with, say a disability know where to safely cross.
