I wonder why they chose the word Native American. And not indigenous.

Nobody in this country is native as everybody has come here from somewhere else both ancestrally and present day. That’s an archaeological fact. To be native means that you were here from the onset which is not true. The indigenous people in America came from Asia, genetically it has been proven. Migrations, conquests from different periods, catastrophic extinctions, nothing is native in this land. As much as some people would really like to believe that it’s not a factual statement.
