The spin is that he’s just demanding accuracy and competency. It’s a rite of passage and they’re glad he chews them out because they would be lost without him.

Yeah, I don’t for sure who is giving who orders. Someone could well be giving Obama orders behind the curtain, but I do think he is the conduit. The rumor always was that Valerie Jarrett was the “brains” behind his Presidency.

However, I have high confidence that Joe Biden is not running things. He probably gets upset when (even in his diminished mental state), he catches on that his people ignore him.

About a year ago, Obama showed up to a Biden event and everyone ignored Joe (see below link).

Yes, they are suggesting that Biden is the smart guy in the room. It’s ludicrous how they slant everything they shove our way.

*** He probably gets upset when (even in his diminished mental state), he catches on that his people ignore him.***

My FIL had an outburst with me at thanksgiving one year near the end of his life. We were watching football with him, the whole family, us with our adult children, and he was angry that some in the room were fiddling with their devices and not concentrating only on the game. So he turned toward me, and began asking me questions about the game. It was the Stump the Chump game that Biden is said to play with his staffers.

Now, I’m a decent college football fan, but don’t watch much NFL. We were watching NFL that day with him. He grilled me on who was playing, what positions they were playing, what the latest flag was for, etc. Then he started on trivia, because I passed with flying colors on the first 5 or so questions.

He finally caught me on about the 25th trivia question. He asked me who was the assistant coach for the other team. So I guessed who I last remembered, but I was wrong, he had been replaced that year. My FIL yelled “Bzzzz! Wrong! You don’t know anything about football!” He was very angry with me. The whole room got quiet, and he got up and stomped out. I was totally shocked. This wasn’t his usual demeanor until more recent visits with him.

I had to ask my husband about the incident, and he told me that his dad had really started being aggravated, aggressive, and angry with others the last year. I hadn’t seen him in person in that year, so it was a real surprise to me to witness it, and to have it directed at me.

And this kind of rage is pretty much standard for dementia and Alzheimer’s.

They are aware how bad they are doing so -Rage. I would be the same. I think. But I also take supplements to add to my brain and protect it. So I never get Alzheimer's etc.

I recall reading “Unlimited Access” where they talked about how staff avoided Hillary as if she were toxic waste, ducking into doorways when they saw her coming.

IIRC, he was totally clueless, walking in the West Wing, and he was wondering why people were scurrying about, and heard someone going “Psst!” and when he looked over, the person was frantically gesturing for him to get out of the hallway as she approached.

I also heard she screamed at the Secret Service who were supposed to protect her, and insisted they couldn’t walk anywhere near her.

What a stain of a human being.

“What a stain of a human being.”

She comes by it demonically. As does most of the high-profile Democrats.

FJB is not just a dirty old man, he’s a nasty, angry old man ... which, in combination with his severely deteriorated mental condition, makes him the perfect Democrat/Communist Party politician.

Typical behavior from Alzheimer patients at a certain point in that progressive disease.

Can't help but think here of Matthew 7:16:
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

His staff run his administration, help cover up his crimes, tell him where to stand and what to say, and this is how he treats them? That’s gratitude for you.

Very common for people with Dementia/Alzheimer’s to become verbally belligerent. They due this to cope because they know they have forgotten/don’t understand something so they turn it back to others.

With that said, I would not be surprised if someone planted this story to show that Slow Joe is, in fact, in charge.

He’s getting worse. My father-in-law had dementia/Alzheimer’s, and was exactly the same way.

I've been a close follower of Joe Biden since the late 80's. He is absolutely the dame guy today as he was in 1986. He may be a bit more physically feeble, but he behaves and speaks exactly the same.

He was granted "statesman" label back in 1996 because he offered his seat to Strom Thurmond who was having to stand during a Filabuster. For some reason that made Joe a statesman in the media view?
