The DNC selected Joe Biden to prevent Bernie Sanders from winning the democrat nomination for President in the 2020 election.
Not because they had any real philosophical difference with Sanders, it is just that Bernie insists on saying all the quiet parts out load about their socialist agenda, and would not have disappeared into his basement, awaiting orders.
They were certain, that even with massive voter fraud, Bernie would lose, because he couldn’t keep his mouth shut.
Biden was not the favorite candidate of any faction of the democrats, but he was widely viewed as the safest, electable, and most easily controlled candidate by most factions.
Biden, having learned at least one thing from Obama, picked Harris as his running mate for the same reason Obama picked Joe, to significantly reduce the possibility of impeachment. Recall that the democrats got rid of Spiro Agnew first, before going after Nixon.
It is clear to almost everyone that Biden is failing before our eyes and no one in the DNC wants Harris as the President. The DNC may try to sell Newsome as the consensus candidate, counting on a full court press by the media to seal the deal.
However, most of the various faction aren’t buying as each wants their own candidate and primacy for their particular agenda. The “coalition” that is the democrat party is coming apart at the seams.
This is going to get ugly, so stock up on popcorn, and enjoy the show.

Kamala finishes out biden’s term. Then she is convinced to bow out of the race in exchange for a beach house like Bernie got. Then the rats run Newsome and win by 350 million votes.

I doubt that Biden had any say in the selection of Harris as the VP. Biden was appointed President because it seemed that he would follow directions of the Cabal. And he has done that to the best of his declining abilities.
Harris was picked for the same reason as Biden and was supposed to be Biden's successor when he finished his second term. However, Biden is declining much more rapidly than they expected, and Harris was just a bad hire. She is too stupid and bad-tempered to follow directions. It's hard to get good help these days.
The Cabal needs to replace both of them and fairly soon. It will be interesting to see how they do that. Even more interesting if they fail.
The fireworks show ought to be pretty good either way as long as we can stay well clear of the blast radius. That's going to be a problem.

There is some truth to that on a few different levels. For one thing, without COVID, it won’t be as easy. But on top of that, if they steal it this time with Biden as their candidate, it’s going to be a lot harder to convince people it didn’t happen. There’s only so much gaslighting you can get away with before even the most uniformed voters begin to see through the lies.
