George Will was very good on the David Brinkley show on ABC ......... It was a must watch back in the 1980s into early 1990s.
But those days are gone.

One good thing about the Trump era is that phonies like Will were exposed.

In each case cited, there were at least 20 other variables (besides “cheat the prophet”) to explain the outcomes. It’s a lot like the Mets/Orioles ‘69 series, Jets/Colts same year. The odds against were insane, and yet... try as you might to explain, someone else will disagree. And the same reasoning will be used by some to help predict the outcome of some other big game — to no avail. Variables.
