In a nutshell you want Quercetin/Zinc in her system, Vitamin D, C, and others. All available overnight via Amazon.

(If I may give one glaring example of such - twice)

The masks do seem to help me during very cold weather (when I'm out). And maybe on high pollen days (though I usually don't have it with me during Summer months). That being said, I had to wear it for two jobs.

But I ABSOLUTELY refused the jabs, the boosters......nothing but hysteria and control. No way. I could tolerate the mask, though I usually didn't want it, except the cases noted above.
