The real tomfoolery with election results in Wisconsin happened after Trump left office, mostly related to COVID. If you recall, Trump WON Wisconsin, and after the recounts, the margin increased. The vote by mail business happened after 2018. The main problem up until 2020 was lack of Voter ID. What exact election reform did you expect in 2018?

Yeah, Voter ID in Wisconsin is a big deal, because of the proximity of Chicago.
