As it is, the reason for ending the ability of Ukraine to ship out grain has NOTHING AT ALL to do with Ukraine, but rather is intended to make clear that any thoughts by the Neocons of trying to force their way into (what were) Ukrainian ports, will no longer be credible, as the port facilities no longer exist...and given that the ports were the primary way arms were sent to Ukraine, this move will not be liked by the Neocons.
...and the fallout is already visible on the Northern Front, where Russia has advanced 5 km or so in the past day (more than the ‘Greatest Counteroffensive Operation’ advanced in 6 weeks).
