I recently saw a comment where someone noted that while Trump failed to completely drain the swamp, he drained it just enough, so that every vile and disgusting creature in it was exposed and could now be seen thrashing about.

There seems to be a common thread amongst the GOP losers you cite, I think they may have received windfalls from business deals in Ukraine.
Biden, Romney, Pelosi, et al were getting hundreds of thousands of dollars via their family business activities in Ukraine.
Trump was asking questions about Ukraine corruption and government officials, which is why impeachment 1 was put in place at breakneck speed.
I recall how sacrosanct whistleblowers were during that time...
Bingo. What many FReepers who stay in the echo chamber fail to realize is that the Dems HATE Trump with the white-hot fire of a thousand suns. They have been propagandized for years that Trump is the epitome and culmination of all that is bad in the universe, and they believe it to the marrow of their bones.
In 2024, every Dem and Left-leaning independent is going to race out and vote against Trump. Whom they are voting for will not matter, because they don’t care. They exist to hate Trump and keep him out of office.
Even without cheating, Trump would have a rough time winning. With cheating it becomes impossible. Even Senator Kennedy of Louisiana said last week that the Dems want to run against Trump because Trump is the best “get-out-the-vote” motivator they have.
We know that. But at some point if even 1% of the Dems wake up this would be good. Also, the Independents here need to wake up, another 2-3% switch there and we have Trump elected. Remember, Trump lost because of about 6 cities, change the results there and he wins.

In the primaries last year, they ran ads against the strongest GOP candidate getting the weakest candidate for us on the ballot. It was a small investment that paid huge dividends for them in the general. They were helped by Trump endorsing these losers. Every single purple state senator lost (no, Ohio’s not a purple state), and they’re now pushing through radical judges with 51 votes because of it.
If the left was trying to keep Trump off the ballot instead of ON the ballot and IN the courtroom in the middle of campaign season, they could have brought the Georgia case, the New York case and the impending DC cases immediately after he left office. They could have had him in prison or at least had all of the cases adjudicated by now, but they deliberately waited. Trump supporters will never confront the reality of the timing as if it was all a coincidence. They keep falsely insisting that the reason he is under attack is because they want him off the ballot. They’re getting played. Again.
Sometimes the communists do get it wrong like they did in 2016. They gave him all of the free media attention and boosted him over what they thought were weaker candidates, but it backfired because they underestimated how weak Hillary was and that her corruption could be completely concealed. They got it right in 2020 with duping him into the COVID hysteria and tanking the economy right before the election. They got it right playing in GOP primaries again in 2022. And, I think they got it right again this year trying to get a guy facing prison (or possibly even in prison on election day) on the ballot against them. No, it’s not fair, but all’s fair in love and war and this is war. I wish some of our people would realize this.
