Don’t think that’s the angle. They don’t care about Biden personally, they care about the deep state losing power. If Biden steps down for mental health reasons its less damaging to them then if he is forced out for a corruption that extends to the deep state.
No way he’ll take that test.
No way the test would be impartial.
No way the doctor would be impartial.
No way the interpretation would be impartial.
No way the interpretation would be made public.
No way the media would be impartial.
Other than all that, it’s a great idea.

A cognitive test fits the bill. FJB “reluctantly” resigns, the media sing his praises for doing the right thing in the national interest, and his crime family retains their millions.
