Term limits will never happen and are a bad idea. First, no one is going to give up their power. Second, if term limits were enacted, the unelected career staff in Washington was gain even more power and we’d risk figure head term limited politicians and unelected career staff that move from elected official to elected official, wielding power by the fact that they are there. Better to vote them out, primary them, withhold our vote if need be to force turnover.
