If not the ‘Big Guy’, then most certainly Mz. Harris.
Judgment day may depend on a much higher Judge in order
to see the Bidens (and other players) get their just rewards.

Suggest listening to Mark Levin’s podcast from last night. Brilliant legal analysis if what is happening in the hunter case and that this will hasten Biden’s stepping down for health reasons. Kamala becomes acting and she pardons hunter. Joe can’t do it as it has now been proven a Co conspirator. Marks analysis is spot on.

Of course, he will pardon his son. He was a partner with him. If he drops out of the race, Hunter will be pardoned of any and all charges against him OR being investigated before he exits. If he wins another term, he is a lame duck and will pardon him anyway. At any rate, he will have his Justice Department drag this out until after the election.

The White House said Thursday that there is no possibility that President Biden would end up pardoning his son, Hunter Biden.

Dopey Joe has demonstrated a willingness to fornicate at least one of his kids in the shower already, so it's not out of the possibility that he'll fornicate hunter as well and toss him right under the bus to save his own skin.

And the media will gush that it just shows a father's love for his son.

Of course he’ll pardon him, and paint himself and Hunter as political martyrs in the process. With the media and DOJ running cover, and a rigged election process firmly in place, there’s no real fear of ballot box judgment, so where’s the deterrent?

Leah added that Hunter is also being investigated for being a foreign agent by the Justice Department, which law professor Jonathan Turley said is a charge the Biden White House fears most.

Maybe Hunter can try marketing a beer brand. Call it "Hunter Beer" after a similarly investigated White House brother...

Asserting facts that are not in evidence.
Misstating laws.
Vouching for the credibility of a witness.
Mischaracterizing evidence.
Discriminating in jury selection.
Interfering with a defendant’s Constitutional rights.
Failing to train subordinates.

Enforce this ^^^ and there won’t be a prosecutor or defense lawyer left in the US in 2 weeks.

Especially “misstating laws.”

I swear I see prosecutors constantly making up crimes and charging people for things that aren’t actually anywhere in the statutes. See” Alvin Bragg”

Benjamin Franklin’s adopted son ended up in prison after the Revolution because he had been a British loyalist. Just sayin.’

And Brandon will try to also put unknown future crimes in there as well. Just like the DoJ and Hunter’s lawyers tried in the Plea Agreement

“That means they plan to do it.”

Not quite. Biden will resign near the end of his term and Harris will pardon both Hunter and the Big Guy. In the alternate, Hunter pleads guilty to a bunch of crimes and the Big Guy grants clemency, which technically is not a pardon.
