How the hell can anything he said as President or after not be protected by 1st Amd??? He never called for Revolution or any sort of violence. The Jan 6 charges are based entirely on what he was believed to be thinking, even, imputed thought crime!

Or is the judge saying everyone else who questioned the election, which amounts to probably at least 1/3 of the population, and who do not have presidential immunity, could be criminally liable?
I bet that ends up at the US Supreme Court quickly! I can just see liberal heads exploding all across the country, especially Democratic Party hacks who are also prosecuting attorneys.
