Human error does not explain how the true bill mirrored exactly the indictment announced hours later after jury voting was complete... There is no other explanation except: It was fixed. Predetermined.

But perhaps it was after the jury was informed as to how they were expected to vote.

As I recall violation of Grand Jury secrecy is a crime. How would the clerk know that the vote was imminent? How would the clerk rule out the possibility that the vote would not take place in a month or two? In a just world somebody would be asking these questions.
