>> they plan to seek the death penalty
Doubling down on the daughter’s horrifying experiences. Perhaps a life sentence in this case?
In a get shot in the head kind of way, I guess she does, I bet she’ll fit right in on death row, you got nothing to lose and could be really wild with the other party animals on female death row
Not sure she was like that when they got togther. Seems as though she took a sharp turn during the marriage- he divorced her, remarried a much more conventional looking woman, but had a messy custody dispute going on.
His 2nd family
Great quote. I plan to borrow it.
and prosecutors said they plan to seek the death penalty in the case.

In April 2023, Governor Jay Inslee signed SB5087 which formally abolished capital punishment in Washington State and removed provisions for capital punishment from state law.[2][3]
When I saw the “child abuse” also, I was thinking that maybe that is because the murder happened in front of the daughter.
The murder happened in Florida.

I think there's an alternative case. I have a very sweet 32 year old niece who has dated some boyfriends and picked up on the "body-modification movement".
It's too bad, because she's reasonably attractive and a hard worker. But, she has a bit of a "pick-me" problem and took seriously a lot of liberal crap picked up from college, even if she's non-aggressive about it.
Most of her boyfriends (and she has had mostly long term ones) were pleasant, but shall we say, "low earners." Unfortunately as she moves from her 20s to her 30s, the ink and hardware (nose, high ear, Ubangi earlobe spreaders), have given her a hardened look rather than an edgy one. I guess it's signaling within a sub-culture I have no clue about.
Back to your original comment--she's not a "run away from" threat.
According to the Bible, tattoos are an abomination and a sign of rebellion against God. Deuteronomy 14:1-3 specifically mentions that tattoos are an abomination1. Other passages in the Bible mention that tattoos are a sign of being cursed. Therefore, it is best to avoid getting tattoos if you want to follow God’s laws1. Deuteronomy 14:1 also mentions that tattooing has its origin in witchcraft practices.
Well the cadence match depends on whether you’re thinking “And Tyler too” or “And Harrison too. “
Not her mother. The daughter who witnessed it was only two years old, and she was the child of him and his second wife.
Thanks, I reread and have a better understanding of the circumstances.
Thanks.
...Was in a hurry!
