Grand jury. Stat.
Dershowitz is absolutely right. Real question is will Meritless Garland follow the law?
Yea, good luck with that. Joey the Sniff and his Pervert Spawn and family are untouchable
This dersh character is supposed to be intelligent?
Weiss is a friggin’ RAT ringer.
Would a real independent counsel indict Smith and company?
Just call the entire fiasco off!
Our enemy is the federal government!Acontinuation of this abuse is a declaration of war against the American people and Congress had best get on the right side.
Why would you want to get rid of a trump guy?
No. He was a personal trump pick.
John Durham? Gop and Dersh didn’t have a problem with him as special counsel?
I’ve heard Dershowitz speak many times and read his excellent books and followed his career. I’ve been frustrated in the extreme that he crowed about voting for Hillary and Obama, even as he objected to a great deal of what they did and did not do. He repeats the mantra of the walking dead who repeat in the face of everything, “I’m a lifelong Democrat; I’m a lifelong Democrat.”
That he has presently, even now, said he would like to vote for Biden is nothing short of bizarre. Does he think nobody’s listening to him say this besides Biden? Anyone listening or reading Dershowitz’s writings knows he is not stupid, but a high IQ guy and an excellent lawyer. The Marxist Left have been trying to discredit him for 30 years, searching out and utterly distorting minutiae by which they hope they can do so.
Is he afraid the ghosts of his Democratic Party member ancestors won’t understand if he aligns his beliefs with the party that now represents those beliefs, because their Democrat Party is long gone?
What’s with him? He alludes to some kind of “principle” that keeps him stuck, but it’s clear the cause is a big time psychological roadblock.
Another high profile person who stuck with the Democrat Party way beyond all reason is former NYC Assemblyman Dov Hikind, who just the other day said that now that he’s retired and getting old, he’s finally changing to become a Republican because his views are those of today’s Republican Party and not those of today’s Democrat Party.
Some or many of here on FR made the leap from registered Democrats decades ago and felt instant relief.
You’re beginning to at least understand the mentality of the New York Jews ( the non-orthodox ones ) who continue to vote Democrat.
Dersh is running the lib equivalent of the Jonah Goldberg routine. He needs to pretend as though he’d still like to vote for Biden to have some sway, but he can call on Biden to fire Weiss all he wants. He’s never going to fire the guy running his cover-up operation.
Having been humiliated by Judge Noreika’s exposure of Biden Justice Dept corruption,
Delaware prosecutor Weiss, now with special counsel powers, is posing as a tough guy.
Acquiescing to Joe Biden’s obsession to spare Hunter, Weiss insists the “diversion agreement” is null and void because Hunter did not fulfill a separate plea agreement that called for him to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges.
Not content with eschewing easily provable Hunter tax felonies, tough guy Weiss also promised to push for a no-jail sentence.
This is corruption of law beyond belief......a Biden specialty.
There are structural reasons to replace Delaware’s Weiss, but the case WRT
a special counsel being “independent” argues even stronger for Weiss’ removal.
Andrew McCarthy’s much broader indictment of Weiss on the substance of his performance argues that
<><>Weiss doesn’t just lack “independence,”
<><>but that Weiss has actively obstructed progress toward felony charges.
<><>that Weiss got caught with his pants down on Hunter’s kiboshed plea deal and diversion agreement,
<><>this adds Weiss’ incompetence to what is a corrupt effort orchestrated by the Bidens.
Why is Joe Biden fixated on the Diversion Agreement?
Because Without a Diversion Agreement, Hunter Biden Could
Go to Prison Under an Arbitrary Gun Law His Dad Supports
AND THIS
Joe Biden is ‘very obsessed’ with media coverage of Hunter,
but aides are afraid to bring up anything Hunter in meetings

CNN reported that Biden was “very obsessed” with the coverage of his son Hunter
and his WH allies don’t want to bring it up because it would “derail a conversation.”
...
“There’s deep reluctance, as this reporting shows, to raise this with President Biden because he has stuck by his sole surviving son and he will. And in private also, I’ve heard reports that he’s very obsessed with the negative coverage of Hunter. He’s concerned about it, it’s an irritant. And that’s understandable. But not one that allies around him want to raise because it will derail a conversation,” Avlon continued.
... “Hunter Biden is not a topic of discussion in campaign
meetings,” a senior aide told CNN. “It’s just not addressed.”

That would happen if they were actually serious. It won’t happen.
I do not believe Weiss is even authorized to go after Joe - Just the prodigal son Hunter (and no other mambers of the Biden Crime Family - BCF - Like LCN - La Cosa Nostra which means “the family”)
What does an average Board of Director get paid for the top 10 US companies? Then you will realize why Hunter got paid so much money to be on burisma’s board.
Why was Hunter Biden paid so much money to be on the burisma Board of Directors. When you look at it. It doesn’t pass the sniff test
I’m not sure why the house of representatives have not picked up on the fact that he was being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars more than most directors of public companies, like Apple, Disney, Chevron, Exxon, and any of the top 10 public companies in the United States.
I think that the house and the senate needs to make this an issue why would somebody be paid that much money for not having any experience and where did the money go. When they get into that question Joe Biden will be finished.
