The world is being run by idiots and pessimists.
Put them in the hands of poorly trained pilots and send them directly into combat, and you may not need maintenance or spare parts.
We shall see
Kids with toys.
All the units are Block 15.
The only strength in the war is the fact they shoot only NATO/US missiles and some of those have very good reach for strike missions.
Ah, who am I kidding, there's still plenty of money to be made off of dead Ukranians.
Sorry the link didn’t work, I was pointing to the fact that Netherlands has already slated their F-16 fleet for retirement, with joint training in the US ending last year. I’ve noticed positing to FR can be glitchy from my iPad (usually a double post).
Here is the URL to cut and paste:

Regarding Ukrainian training,
No one is expecting the F-16s to see the battlefield soon:
“Denmark said Ukrainian pilots would begin training on F-16 jets later this month, part of a coalition of 11 countries that will be involved in the training program.
Even so, Ukraine said Wednesday that it didn’t expect to receive F-16s until sometime next year.

All three of their F-16’s?
I always though pimps and prostitutes.
Who cares?
Russia shoots down most of them and then what?
Good point.
They’ll cannibalize some to keep others in the air until they’re shot out of the sky.
So 42, will dwindle down to nothing in short order.
The only way the Netherlands would agree to that is if Biden agreed to replace them with F-35s.
Not to worry its a good deal for everyone. The Netherlands gets a free upgrade and our defense industry gets a nice infusion of US tax dollars.
Good point, too.
That’ll reduce the Uke AF quickly. The Ruzzians pilots are not slouches.
You’re probably right.
Thank you.
Okay...
What block of the F-16? Avionics, ordinance, maintenance?
Training?
Buenos suerte.
5.56mm

Old News and is confirmed, sorry. Netherlands is set to get its F-35s soon. When they begin to arrive, the F-16s will leave.
