The Germans are sending everything they have, so that when President Retard escalates the war and demands NATO support, they can tell him:

“No can do, since we gave away all our weapons.

But good luck, Uncle Sam !”

Contractors sheep dipped and called “Ukrainian”. Pilots are no problem and the USAF is filled with mental defectives who dream of fighting Russians.

The real problem is where do they fly from? That Uke airfield will get a rain of missiles. And if they fly from Poland or Romania, those places are legitimate targets.

And then it gets dangerously close to nukes.

Realistically, who will the Dutch Air Force ever go to war with? Like ever? They need a few rescue aircraft and helos and little else.

They are probably broken down and have already ordered their F35s. Others have sent their broken down tanks and other equipment based upon promises that they will get new equipment.

Things become grey real fast if an American is flying an American made F-16 and hits targets inside Russia.
Like you said, origin of sortie is a huge issue as well.

Ukraine isn’t an ally and not in NATO.

Isn’t this war about stopping a revanchist Soviet Union? What will the Dutch do when the Soviets are on their border and they need F 16s to defend themselves against the Stalinist scourge?

That’s what I was told.

I was also told they’re incompetent drunk retards.

It’s amazing how they’re going to take over all of Europe and yet a third world country at the same time.

It seems like someone is lying to me…

oh nooes!! Even more F-16s!!!!

The Guardian (UK) reports:

“The Netherlands and Denmark have announced they will donate up to 61 F-16 fighter jets between them to Ukraine once pilot training has been satisfactorily completed, as Volodymyr Zelenskiy visited both countries after months of entreaties to bolster the Ukrainian air force.

Denmark’s prime minister, Mette Frederiksen, said her country would provide 19 jets – “hopefully” six around new year, eight more next year and the remaining five in 2025...

Mark Rutte, the Dutch prime minister, did not put a number on the Dutch donation, but said the Netherlands had 42 in its air force.”

No, Germany’s military is not under US command.

Attributing to the US what Germany is responsible for is ignorance of history of the past three decades.

Clinton fulfilled Germany’s will by going into the Balkans. All of Obama’s actions are in line with German policy. The commander of NATO is a EU citizen.

Are the Dutch going to send the pilots and maintenance crews also?

They won't admit it when they do. Wouldn't that be the Netherlands going to war against Russia?

Russia is potentially a very powerful country.

The Russian governance system has proven inefficient, much more so than previously assumed, based on Russian military performance in this war.

The men and equipment deployed vs Ukraine in 2022 were unprepared in every “soft” military category, training, maintenance, logistics, tactics, intelligence, planning.

They were unable to perform even a long distance road march, which was an essential part of their doctrine. It seems they had never practiced this.

But they SHOULD have won had they had better leadership over the previous decade. For one thing they had a clear run for the Dneiper bridges both by land and air.

NATO needs to assume that the Russians will, at some point, resolve these problems to some degree. When that happens Russia will be very dangerous.

Russia will remain essentially hostile regardless of who runs it. This is a social-cultural trap Russia has fallen into long ago.

The justification for NATO has its roots, of course, in WW2. Europe fell because the Germans and Soviets were able to take down much of the incipient “western” alliance separately, through political pressure and war. This, in spite of the latent strength of all the countries opposed to Germany.

The Netherlands for instance was not just unprepared for a European war, but it’s defense was compromised by the failure of its defense lines as it was disconnected from its would-be allies in May 1940. And they had no “strategic depth”. The Belgians failed, in part, because they actively refused to cooperate with the French and British pre-war.

And so on for the Danes, Norwegians, Czechs, Poles, Romanians, Yugoslavs, Greeks, etc.

Stand together or fall separately.

Lessons learned.

The only way the Netherlands would agree to that is if Biden agreed to replace them with F-35s.“

And there it is.
